Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesperson to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in sales and enjoy building relationships with clients. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, following up on leads, and providing exceptional customer service. Your role is crucial in helping us reach our sales targets and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries.
  • Take detailed notes and answer clients’ questions thoroughly.
  • Create rapport with clients and assess their needs effectively.
  • Make outbound calls via Stash & Go CRM to generate leads.
  • Schedule and perform surveys for new clients to understand their requirements.
  • Create and present estimates to clients based on their moving needs.
  • Create and present confirmation agreements.
  • Guide clients through the sales process and create a meaningful, positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the moving or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
